Welcome to NexGen OS ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a Coaching Management Operating System to educational institutes. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the Institutes, their Faculties, and their Students.
This policy outlines our practices under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 of India.
2. Information We Collect
We collect data in three distinct categories to provide our services:
- Owner Name & Government ID (Pan/Aadhaar verification).
- Business Phone Number & Email.
- Billing Address and GST Number.
- Name, Roll Number, Phone, Parent's Phone.
- Attendance logs, Test Scores, Fee History.
- Photos (Voluntarily uploaded for ID cards/Posters).
- Professional details: Name, Subject Specialization.
- Performance details: Schedules, student feedback ratings.
- Payroll: Salary payment records (if managed via NexGen).
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service Delivery: To generate reports, track attendance, and manage fee cycles.
- Automation: To send automated WhatsApp alerts to students (fees) and faculty (schedules).
- Legal Compliance: To maintain records as required by Indian tax and education laws.
4. Data Ownership & Security
You Own Your Data: The Institute retains full ownership of all student and faculty data uploaded. We process this data only on your behalf.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do NOT sell data. We only share data with essential infrastructure providers:
- WhatsApp Business API: To deliver messages.
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Vercel): To host the secure database.
- Payment Aggregators: To process your subscription payments.
