Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances:
- Setup Fees (₹4,999 - ₹89,999): This fee covers the manual labor of deploying your server, purchasing your domain, and configuring the White Label app. Once this process begins (usually within 2 hours of payment), the cost cannot be recovered.
- Domain Name Registration: Domains are purchased from third-party registrars (GoDaddy/Namecheap) for 1 year. We cannot return a domain once bought.
- Apple/Google Developer Fees: Any fees paid directly to Apple ($99) or Google ($25) are subject to their respective refund policies, not ours.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
Simply email Billing@nexgenos.in or use the "Cancel Subscription" button in your Admin Dashboard.
Effect of Cancellation
Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days in a month.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We generally do not offer refunds, but we may consider them in the following specific cases:
- Double Billing: If our system accidentally charged you twice for the same month.
- Service Failure: If the NexGen OS server was down for more than 48 consecutive hours (verified by our logs).
- Product Not Delivered: If we failed to deploy your White Label App within 14 days of receiving the Setup Fee.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your bill, please contact us immediately.
